CHARLIE I always get in a good mood when I hear birds chirping, great music playing or spending time with my family and friends.

CHARLIE A lake very close to my mom's house. If the big cities get on my nerves, I like to go there to recharge my batteries.

LES VISIONNAIRES The highest hurdle in your life?
CHARLIE Flying alone to Tokyo when I was 16 - I didn't know anyone there, could barely speak English at school and didn't yet have a smartphone to just enter Google Maps where I had to go. I was there for 6 weeks, when I came back to Germany I was an orientation genius, spoke English very well and had made many friends in Tokyo. This experience had a great impact on my independence and paved the way for later hurdles.
